(CIMS) will only issue refunds in cases where there is a verifiable interruption of service as determined by CIMS and the user has not been able to establish a connection to internet service for more than 50% of their purchased time. Clients may choose a refund of their payment or an equivalent credit of time to their CIMS account. Interruption of service caused by Force Majeur or poor reception resulting from conditions not normally anticipated by a reasonably prudent enterprise in similar circumstances is not refundable.
